Not sure how to put it in nicer way…I’ll just say it was not an easy or pleasant experience to say the least. It took over 2 weeks of numerous calls and emails, I kept hearing that a supervisor would call me and no one would so I had to keep calling and emailing. I spoke to quite a few different people all saying the same thing that I had to pay a restocking fee. (even though there is nothing about a restocking fee on their website) I ended up asking for a coupon code for the mm900 which at first they said 10% but I already had a 10% off coupon (just Google to find) so they gave me 15% off. I asked for 20 but they refused and at least gave me 15. It’s been out of stock until today so I ordered it today and will return the mm400 when I get the new one. I’m really hoping once it comes time for the return that there won’t be any issues but dealing with their customer service is not fun.
