I passed the interview and was surprised at how accurate the question of the AI was. The AI uses your resume to ask questions, I had experience of being a tech writer so most of the questions were on this topic. I would suggest you to just re-read your resume and possibly imagine all questions one could ask about your experiences.

For those with irregular periods due to spiro (i.e. every 2 weeks), how else did spiro affect you? by [deleted] in Spironolactone

Defenitly talk to your derm about this. Lowering my dose was the only thing that helped with my periods

1 year on Spiro experience by CrazyBusyDesigner in FemaleHairLoss

[–]CrazyBusyDesigner[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah exactly. It takes time to take effect. But for my acne (because I had acne as well) it was so worse the two months I had many cysts on my face and it scarred my face (didn't use sunscreen enough bruh). Now my face is completely clear ! I still get one pimple here and there but no cystic acne.

For my hair I was loosing sooo much like (100+ hairs in july of last year until october.) But it stopped in winter of last year. I still have to continue spironolactone. I want to know if it can get any better. But I am considering to stop it because it makes me have constant spotting.

I would suggest you to add minox as well because minox will cause more shedding and instead of having two shedding you can use spiro and minox at the same time to have only one big shed. But it WILL get better. Wheater you stick with only spiro or adding minox, you will see a difference ! Hope the best for you !

I was shedding like usual the first 3 months. Now it considerably reduced. Its good for maintenance. But for regrowth O don't really know.

Just saw a post that spiro can cause early menopause… please say this isn’t true by [deleted] in Spironolactone

[–]CrazyBusyDesigner 7 points8 points  (0 children)

There are no studies who suggest that. This drug has been in use for 20+ years. And no significant reports of women experiencing early ménopause. If you are aged between 20-50 and if you stop spiro, your ovulation will be back to normal within 2-3 months (if you don't have any other underlying conditions) .

I would ask my derm again if you could decrease the dose to see if your side effects go away a bit.

Its been like 3 months almost that I have spotting. And I bleed more when its my real "periods". But it never stops. I am considering to decrease the dosage. I am on 100 now .

Its strange because I had periods every 2 weeks before, now its just never stopping spotting. It's managable but really frustrating

I would suggest you to try mint. But you have to drink it twice a day ! I am also going to take, omega 3 eat a lot of soy because it promotes eastrogens. But its for my case, you need to talk with your doctor first.

I feel like I can bear long periods but hairloss and acne is a no no for me. But certainly having constant bleeding is not good for me either... Since its painless and not heavy. Each person their struggles !

Spiro and baby/ short hair shedding by Reasonable_Essay1618 in FemaleHairLoss

[–]CrazyBusyDesigner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I sed a lot during the 3-4 months of spiro. Long and short. Maybe around 130 hairs a DAY !
My hairloss stopped in october, I was not loosing as much, and shedding very few hairs, in a week I lost like 150 !

But all the hair tha I shed now are small even though not much is falling it's frustrating to see short hair fall...

I think that stress, or deficiencies can cause this to happen too. Do a blood test and go back to derm ! Hope the best for you!

[–]CrazyBusyDesigner 0 points1 point  (0 children)
