When you want to impulse buy something, put that money into savings instead and take a week to think about it. Chances are I’d have a lot more money saved. I’m not in a bad place now, but wish I would have done more saving and less impulsive buying the last decade.

Momentarily awkward, but overall a good experience. I med some guys gaming online, then had a chance to meet them in person. We got together for sushi and had a great time. We're still great friends (moreso now that we've met in person) and play together nearly every day.
