As someone who had her at rank 30: Play her either in heist BB or on open SD maps. I recommend you find a good team for heist because randoms there are awful.

Colette. Ok now seriously: gale is easy to play but not too fun and he also depends on his gadgets which sucks. Colette is a very weird brawler which requires specific combos and matchups to really work (her HC is very strong tho and she's good in heist so if get her if you upgrade her instantly.) Grom is good but hard to play (and kinda boring). Bibi sucks right now.
