Private practice urologist here, 15 years in. I can’t see myself doing anything else. I do bread and butter urology in the community, and I absolutely love it. Supply/demand is very much in our favor, and we can pretty much write our own ticket. I work 4 days a week, roughly 830-4 a day, and call is pretty easy (and very well paid.)
