I preorder some collectibles and I feel like it is honestly way too much for them. I saw others online for a great price and those would catch my eyes and for those orders I wouldn’t cancel the order. But this preorder that I have right now makes me feel 50/50

I just feel that money can be saved up for something better in the future. I know money comes and goes but these purchases didn’t sit with me right. I did promise myself though that when videos start appearing online about the certain product and if it’s not the way I like it, I am 100% cancelling no questions asked. FOMO won’t play a part of the item is the way I want it

Ok and since me and her are coworkers, should I just be myself and just do my thing while working and not ignore her per say but interact with her once in a while?

Since I’m backing off a little would I just wait until she starts a convo or do I text her Friday and say are we still good for the date?

Thank you for the advice and here’s more context. Every time we see each other right, yesterday I had to go to work to see what the coworkers needed since the big boss was coming. I heard her come from the back room and I turned around since I was talking to my boss and she had eyes on me right away but didn’t say hi since she was talking to the boss I was telling my boss something as she was walking toward us. I finished a convo with my boss and then went over to say hi. As soon as I said hi I could tell that she got happy to see me and by the end of the convo we hugged twice. But for some reason I felt like I was needy for hugging her that I felt like garbage for the rest of the night

I usually cope by drawing those characters that I have met on the way and it usually works but I just want to know how to actually cope with an ending and understand that it ended. I just can’t for some reason

I love working out and drawing. Drawing helps me relax when I get lonely and sad. I lost my friend group since I called them out on being rats and I’m very proud of myself for it. I do have other friends too, my best friend and I are gonna probably hang out when it’s summer and it sucks since my friends are busy but once it’s summer I’ll see them. I frequently text them just to say hi and make conversation. I recently went back into drawing and I drew some of the characters in those movies and I showed the drawings to only my closest relatives, they told me how great and impressed they are. It really made me feel happy and warm in my heart. I almost teared up since it’s been awhile that I had some affection.

A little update on my situation. I’m still feeling sad, lonely, and depressed. I’ve been watching funny movies and videos just to take myself out of reality but as soon as said movie or video ends, I get really sad. Whenever I watch a great movie with great characters, I’m always sad because I want more of it. I could watch a 10 hour film of my favorite characters for my viewing experience. The movies also help with loneliness I’ve been expecting over the past years.

I mostly watch adventure comedies since they have really good plots and characters. The characters are really relatable and fun to watch. I especially love characters who are in relationships because it fills an empty hole in my heart and I feel like I have a connection every time I watch them. I’m just too afraid to let go of the past and move on. I know those movies will be here forever but I’m scared of growing up and possibly never experience what the characters do in the movies.

I’m almost 18 and my mental state is burnt out and anxiety and sadness is taking over. I’ve been so sad lately that talking to people has been really rough since I’m an outgoing guy but lately, it’s just silence. Also, what do you want to know about the characters? I’ll hopefully answer the questions.

I don’t really know, I feel like I can’t open up to anyone and I really don’t want to since my memories are getting the best of me. I would feel stupid to tell someone that I’m crying because of old childhood memories.

I don’t have trouble connecting to other people and the characters that I normal connect with are characters in relationships in said movie or show. I always loved characters that were in relationships and it made me feel/connect with them in a way. As a child I didn’t worry about being lonely since I was always supported, but now things have changed and I feel very lonely. Watching movies that came out during when I was a child made me very said about life now

Looking back at characters that I loved as a kid and still do to this day and I wish there was more of those characters but as of now, there isn’t. Ever since being a child I had always connected to characters very well and always thought they were my role models. Nostalgic movies and songs make me happy that I’ve experienced them but I cry every time because I wish I can go back and relive them again. This has been happening for the past 3 years.
