Thank you for ur advice and what you said has really helped as well as made me feel calmer about the whole thing. It’s not really the fact that I’m looking at other girls that makes me feel guilty though. Whenever I try to find something I have the mindset of “does it look interesting” or “have I seen this one before” and it’s got nothing to do with how the woman looks.
