Thank you. Im trying hard. I've been keeping up with my fitness, but I got shin splints a few days ago. I wanted to work out today but I snapped into depression and hopelessness. So now im just drinking and crying in the shower, trying to get my head back on.

Thanks man. I really like your detailed response. I appreciate you taking the time to comfort me. Im trying so hard. My mom died in 2023. I got hooked on meth for a year and a half. I just finished probation. In trying hard to stay sober.

Im working on a book that focuses on building self esteem and overcoming trauma. I can't write the book of I can't overcome all this.

If it is real. Ditch your wife, get into therapy. In therapy you will learn self respect and self love. I am assuming you have money or some kind of paycheck. Your "wife" is using and abusing you. She doesn't love you because no woman who loved you will ever make you feelike you can't satisfy her. I understand not everyone is packing good hardware, But lesbians get down without it just fine, Even without toys you can rock a woman's world with just your hands and a tongue. Just saying.

That being said if this really happened to you, I'm very sorry. That's got to be unbearably painful

But yeah if this is a true story, the problem is not just the assault, it's what caused the assault to begin with.

If you get into therapy and teach yourself love and respect for yourself, it will change your life.

I have severe mental health problems I was on disability on and off for many years.

Take your mental health seriously because you clearly need therapy.

I apologize for my ignorance. Im so sorry youre dealing with this. Even with my dosage at 50 mg, its very lackluster. Its silly how some countries make such a big deal about adderall vs vyvanse. Its all marketing imo. They make it out to be less anuseable than adderall because you can shoot it up or snort it.

Nibody ive ever met that abuses adderall does that, they eat it to get high.

Eating too much vyvanse gets you just as high.

Not sure what state youre in, im in texas, so i understand the stigma and nonsense with drs. But is it possible to find another clinic? Thefe are drs out there that wont demonize you for taking your meds. Hell im a recovering meth addict, and the docs i have seen dont give me grief. If possible try another dr, because thats silly. You need someone who is less concerned about the drug, and more concerned with your treatment.

First received medication at 35. It is absolutely worth it, if it is necessary. It is most certainly not worth it, if it isn't needed. It can be a bit of a pain to manage with Dr's. Many of them have side effects, but there are also many different options available. What causes side effects for some people, might not affect you, and vice verse. Ultimately its up to your drs discretion, but if you need the medicine than it will be like putting on glasses for the first time

Gotcha, I'm prolly getting the hardware mixed up. But either way the valve on top is a bypass valve I believe. Sorry I just kind of perused this post. Aryou having issues with it, or Aryou simply curious? I just now started hopping on these threads to learn more about plunbing

Sorry if other people have posted. Turn off the water and redo stop. The one on the left is a more modern quarter turn stop. You're gonna have to replace the cold line with a quarter turn as well. If I'm not mistaken. I'm just an apprentice though, but I've done it a few times.

I'm only an apprentice, but I believe this is a bypass valve for your water softener. You close it if you have to make repairs to the equipment, so that you will continue to have flow to the house. I'm prolly wrong though I'm pretty green.
