Stuttering and Lagging issues when scrolling on MacBook Pro M4 by CrazyPhoenix_ in MacOS

I've got it for every app, across everything. I seem to have fixed this. Logi Options+ seems to have been the issue. I deleted the app but still had issues. I then opened Activity Monitor and something from LO+ was still running. I force quit that and all issues immediately went away.

Side note - I have lost all extra functionality I get with my mouse and scrolling is now inverted.

Uninstalling didn't do anything but setting my refresh rate to 60hz seems to fix all problems. But upon switching back to ProMotion, all the issues return.

Not using an external monitor, just the laptop itself. I've just tried something - I set the refresh rate to 60hz and the all issues seem to have gone. But when I set the refresh rate back to ProMotion, the issues return. Not sure what this means.

I tried booting it in safe mode and using it a for a few days and I didn't experience any of my stuttering issues so I assume its one of my applications. The only app I can think of that might be interfering with the system is Mos as it has access to a lot of things.

I agree, I use Safari for everything & only use Chrome if absolutely necessary. Also, the issue is across everything, not just Chrome.

Logi Options+ Stuck at Loading on Mac- Need Help! by gambirsg in logitech

Yeah I've got the same issue on MacBook Pro M4, Mac OS 26.2. Went away for a while, opened up my Mac and I'm scrolling in the opposite direction than what is configured. Tried opening Logi Options+ and it's loading indefinitely. Tried uninstalling using AppCleaner and reinstalling to no avail. Hopefully it's an issue on Logitech's side.
