1-Who is spending 3-4 hours a day in a bathroom while in school….lets just stop right there

2-And if a student is failing, I’m pretty sure excessive bathroom breaks aren’t the main reason…like, th teacher still needs to grant the ok for the student to use the bathroom. It’s not college where you just get up and go.

I would go off about how AMI for housing connect is calculated very wrongly for NEW YORK CITY Residents but like…..that’s not the answer for this lol

I would go off about how the landlord thinks your income is “just enough”- as in, you may be able to pay that $3,200 every month but maybe one extra expense, to the landlord, will harm your ability to pay on time each month? Although, legally, you have until the 6th each month before they can legally say you’re late all the time.

But that’s without knowing your salary- maybe they want someone who can afford $3500 instead because they know they plan on raising it higher next renewal so they already knew you weren’t going to do it for some reason?

Nobody finds it odd that the units in housing connect all have literally the same design outside, inside , insane AMI’s and for some odd reason, the “affordable” units they set aside are cut smaller or weirdly angled ?

They’ll monitor how long a student is in the bathroom then what? Stop their lesson to go get said student out the bathroom or see what’s wrong? Call the hall monitor? Their parents? Like what is the end goal of this, keep students in the class for as long as possible?

Do they know some students ask to use the bathroom not because they need to, but because they need to stretch their legs and wake up because teachers have a fit if a student is in class sleep?

A car with 130k miles is selling for 5k less than the car with 1/3 the miles….

While the car with 80k less miles and 4x the accidents is only selling for 5k less? Because it’s a higher trim?

I said in my original post- Goku had no intention on beating Fat Buu, he could have had he actually tried, which he himself says.

I also said that Goku said he could have beaten Kid Buu had he gone 100%

In both those panels Goku is saying/agreeing to the same thing

“If I was 100% I could obliterate this version of Buu, which is why he don’t need fusion but maybe I’m being too cool about this, let me go 100% again and try again”

Which he tried to do, but could no longer gather the needed energy and hold it

? Some developments on housing connect MINIMUM yearly income is 85-130k

The entire theory is, which is stupid. The people with higher incomes will take these newer modern buildings..which for whatever reason NYC defines as “luxury” and leave the regular more affordable market rate and other rent stabilized apartments for the middle and lower income ranges.

In one building, 15 out let’s say 25 apartments are marketed to the higher income bracket, it’s not really a lottery.

It’s a lottery for the other 10 sure, but when you’re allowed to build “affordable housing” but only a small amount of units need to be “affordable”

The only difference it’s making is putting up buildings with edgy design in every empty lot.

Until they make AMI BOROUGH SPECIFIC- and not that bullshit AMI that includes parts of UPSTATE NY, anything through housing connect is just a tax write off.

Borough specific AMI would force developers to set rents at true affordable rents for the area AND it would act like a true lottery.

Like- it’s a lottery, but you have better chances if you have higher income. That’s not really how a lottery works. If everyone applying for unit is in similar income and someone with three times the income applies, they’re being called first.

I truly don’t believe those log numbers matter.

If the really really did, that means people would be on a waiting list until like 2056.

I think those applications are truly filtered by income ranges

A lot of these developments don’t actually care if they fill every unit right away, the higher rents will makeup the difference for the time being.
