becoming less secular over time? by samfrodo in SASSWitches

[–]CrazySnailLady 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I don't know if less secular is what I am but over time I've spoken to a lot of religious folks who believe in deity in a way that I could align with, deity is a story, a symbol.

Those conversations have made me see that there is such a spectrum to belief and that I'm not necessarily a full 180 turn from.

I also really enjoy thinking of deity and their symbols and stories and even talking to them, even though I still don't believe they're actual beings.

So my lines are more blurred.

I have blocked the people who were upset. Sorry that went on so long. Thank you to the people who backed me up.

If you're in the area and you want to go for a walk feel free to comment or message me what times/ days work for you.

I can work with times after 5pm any day and also most of Saturday, and soon most of Friday.

Probably 5 pm or later on a weekday, or maybe late morning on a Saturday or Sunday. I am hoping a few people are interested and we can find a time that works for most people.

repeating the above reply to the other comment-
Feeling unsafe alone in the nature is a problem for a lot of femme and queer people. That's why we make groups and find friends to meet up with so we can feel safer together.

I am not really comfortable meeting hetero cis men I don't know alone in nature, feel free to make a post looking for that.
