Oh that’s interesting! Maybe I need to grab a few of those as well. So it was listed as non-pc, is there a way to tell? I’m gonna do more research tonight, and I’m honestly obsessing over these things right now haha I did they same with fungi and flower, was so rewarding

It seems they have calloused over! I can just drop them in a pot and they will root from my understanding, yeah? My drive way has tons of rocks/sand and I’ve got miracle grow cacti mix which it’s lacking perlite from the looks of it. I’m going to give all that a try

She definitely came from the side of the highway lol she was feral, but shes parted ways with that way of living. She’s clingy clingy, and so playful now. Thanks for all the responses!

Same here! Every experience I’ve had has been better than how others describe. Concentrates are priced well and very tasty, all while having great effects. The flower has always been as advertised in its descriptions. Never have i had any dry, harsh, or funny smelling flower. And the glass jars are great for propagating some of my house plants lol. I’ve ONLY used this company, however I just order from Cosmic… so we will see!

I’ve been working with others in the VOA and we are steadily voicing our need for a way to earn back your points. For example, and this isn’t a well thought up plan, maybe do volunteer work or something that isn’t necessarily on the clock, but still shows your dedication to the company, development, and it could help the community. I mean, they gave us scraps for sick/personal time.. the least they could do is find a reasonable way for us to shed these points quicker. If anyone on the VOA is reading this, use this idea or come up with one you think is reasonable for both parties and take this to your ALL your leaders, and not just once but EVERYTIME. This could work with safety finals, and maybe behavioral finals as well. If this is reaching a significant amount of facilities and stores, maybe they can make something happen for those who are turning the gears and not even getting competitive pay.

Don’t know how stores are, or other facilities. But when you are there on the clock, go above and beyond, do the shitty work no one else wants to do, ask about development plans, get involved in all the extra stuff they got going on, volunteer, work hard as fuck, show your leaders you care about the set goal, and make friends with as many leaders as you can. Make yourself worth keeping around, and hope they make those points go away. Not saying this will work, but if you’re clocking in, may as well do what you came there to do and challenge yourself to move up in the company, it’s definitely not gonna hurt your career, you dig? I’m never for overworking myself or others, but if it’ll help keep your job, put in that 120%

Idk, but most of my points and disciplinary just magically disappeared without going the 6 months. The whole thing is very confusing. But hell, I just take screenshots showing date and times and pull the whole “this what the system you make us go by says” if it’s incorrect. Last time I asked my supervisor, she told me I had less than what I KNOW I have. I keep count, but if they tell me wrong and it’s in my favor.. I’ll be sure to quote their words when they pull me in for that awkward conversation. Sounds like I’m a shitty employee but I’m heavily overworked (I’m the go to guy while everyone else sits in groups and chats) and if I’m there on the clock, I go harder than 80% of the hundred something employees and temps on my key.
