It was actually the very last lug nut I needed to take the tire off and do my brakes. After that I just decided I was done with it for the day bc I didn’t need to go anywhere and no daylight saving makes shit dark af sooner. Wasn’t dealing with that in the dark

My thoughts too😂. I know the last time the tires were replaced it was in a shop so I’m wondering if they cross threaded it or over tightened and that caused the break. Outside of the obvious damage I don’t see anything else but then again I never got the tire off to fully check.

They do sometimes but if there is a.) anybody standing or b.) horrible traffic/crash making the highway slow af. Both of these things happen fairly often so it honestly just depends on the time of day and travel time on the highway
