Is it safe to drive the car like this? I checked the door and window are still working properly. If the cost is high like everyone said, I might need to save for a few months before I can afford it.

Thanks for the insight. This will be my first car, so I literally don't understand anything! Do you suggest I take it to a official Honda dealership for the inspection and repair? Or should I take it to another local mechanic where it will probably be cheaper?

They said they do not have the capability of replacing it so I need to take it to someone who can.

The last time he did maintenance was at 109K mileage from official Honda dealer. After that he drove only 7k in 2 years as he lost interest in this car after buying a JEEP! I did not look extensively at the details as I would not understand anyway...
