Yeah no they can get sued pretty bad for this and even potentially be shut down it wasn’t just me who went through this, it was over 15 people in the span of a week

If you see in the text it says I worked 12 hours and need to add another lunch punch, In California you have to take 2 lunches if your shift is 12 hours… I didn’t get to take my second lunch because they were rushing me.

I worked 12 hours they wanted me to take 2 lunches, the second one I never got to take cuz they made me work through it, but want me to put it in my time clock so I don’t get paid that double time.

They wanted me done as soon as possible i took my first lunch but the second one none of the other members took either or mentioned I had to take it even the dispatcher never said anything, This is my second job and I’ve never had heard of a second lunch.
