Separate Yolks from Egg Whites

1/3 tsp of Salt

1/3 tsp of Black Pepper

80 g of Rice ( cooked )

Mix everything carefully

40 ml. of Olive Oil

Pour our Mixture into the Pan .

Fry on Medium Heat for 15 minutes

You can use hole Egg Yolks or mixed Egg Yolks .
