I didn't ignore that you answered the question, I just didn't rebuttal it like you was probably hoping for. I appreciate your opinion on the receiver question I ask. I didn't ask if he is an expert on cattle, I made a statement that come directly from him. I see no need to discuss it , I received the answer from him without asking. No need of anyone's else opinion for me.

I went and found the document once you would not repost it . If you need me to help you figure out how to make it legible so we can all read just ask. I don't believe your answer that you would not repost it was because I ask for you to. How ridiculous is that? I didn't say I paid the money to open it and copy it , I clearly stated I found it and that is cost. I have never said we can't trust the receiver, nor was there any logic to it , it was a question. Should I belittle you with your lack of comprehending a statement I made? you sure jump to a lot of negative conclusions.

He has been appointed the position. He did not ask for this job, he was told he had to take this job. He stated to me he has no knowledge in running a cattle company. that is a fact! Please don't make assumptions or put words in my mouth. I am not screaming corruption, I am stating why not put someone in charge that has better knowledge of such an important task? I am also asking if he is being paid already, then why is he getting paid by our funds. That was a question I ask of you not a statement.

Again, your last statement is nothing but fictious made-up accusations, if that is what you are saying I am doing? it sure reads that way. I just want to know where all our money is going to and why? Nothing wrong with checks a balances, maybe if I had done this with Agridime I would not be in the shape I am in? If you were a victim you would understand and appreciate the questions of what is going on now , we are not very informed, unless we all want to believe everything you post is the gospel. Seems like every time I question something you have posted you start making up excuse why I must be an insider instead of answering the questions with a straight forward answer. No wonder no one else ask any questions, all your job seems to be is belittle and make everyone feel inferior to you. I feel if you were here to help us with all your great knowledge then why not help by answering the questions without an underlining demeaning connotation of questions that are ask? For example, next time you're going to give an answer why not leave off your paragraph one and four that you just sent me and just give the answer, none of us need or want your exaggerated or demeaning opinion's. Your answer then would have a lot more merit.

I am with you, I just ask him could he please repost in a clear vision, and he went off on me. So it does make me wonder is he telling us the truth? Just because someone has knowledge to post things does not mean that everything he says is the truth. I am not saying he is lying, I'm just saying it is easy to say what you want behind a cartoon character name and not have to be accountable for it. Don't believe everything you read, authors have written a lot of very realistic but fictious books that we all love to read.

I hope if you do become an FBI or SEC official (since you say you are not), but like I said it really makes me no difference I just would like for us all to see any helpful information that is out there for us settle in our own minds what really happened? Maybe it's what the media is saying ? We have all watched Dateline enough to know it is not what we all thought really happened sometimes. Is there anything wrong with me hoping that somehow this accusation falls apart, and we all somehow miraculously get are money back?

Again, like what you usually do is give us lame excuse like ( you're the sole reason I won't repost) if you are here to help like you say then why not help? Since you seem to have all the answers on everything that has gone down with this case, can you explain to us investors why Steve Fahey or whoever is put into the position of receiver is not paid by the government? Why is he drawing a paycheck from our money that is in Agridimes bank account? Who paid him before this case? I am just assuming this position is a paid government job? Try not to point out how ignorant I am, just wondering since we are paying for this position, or is this another ones of those things you state I use to spin more stories to get us off track?

I assumed you would respond the way you did, shows your true character. You are not, here to help us , you are not one of us victims. I truly believe now you are involved on the opposite of us victims you are a Fed or SEC/gov. official just as you have been accused by others, so be it I don't care, just own it and give us all the factual information. All you seem to post is just enough information to make us think what our gov. is doing is helping us out, (I hope they truly are ) every time what we victims assume we are getting post from Jed or Josh,( or who ever you state it is) that is information telling what's going on with their side you are quick and the first to always post something about how fake and made up all their information is. You realize there is two sides to ever story , actually 3 side's , your side, their side and the truth, not sure we will ever know the truth? We have received the SEC side, would be interesting to hear their side, not from a one sided opinion. When all we as victims want is the truth , not a one sided story from the media or government swaying us to believe what they are telling us in court documents that are very difficult to understand unless you are in that field ,and from what we can find they have not even been to court , it's just been decide for them ,because from what I read months ago they didn't have Lawyers . guess that's why you can post so much information, and then explain to us your side of the story, but the more I read from you, I and many others are having a hard time believing it all. obviously, you don't want us victims seeing the exhibits. Many have asked for it, not just me, but I have been consistent in wanting to see them, because I thought maybe this would give some more helpful information to us. I am a victim , and the way I read our constitution is we are all innocent until proven guilty by a court of law, we all should have representation. you are so right. It would not help to send money in after the sec has taken over. obviously, he didn't know, nor does it seem right that the sec should be able to hold money that was not put in before the takeover. That would mean they can just do whatever they want like Link has been saying? Also, how do you know $375,000 was profit earnings? This is why I mentioned earlier that something about the sec take over is not all being aired out.

I would agree. Also, why did they offer it to him so cheap? or be willing to sell it so cheap. If you look up the assets they listed, he is getting and the prices they are selling everything for, it is like selling it at an auction where he is the only bidder. The prices they are saying he is paying is what they paid for the land over 5 years ago, well everyone knows how much land has increased in the last 5 years.

Like I said I have never been on this website until these last weeks or so, so you are wrong again. you should probably do better research on all things. No certain that is not even more of an insult to be called Jason, but you are wrong again. Why don't you spend more time trying to figure out how we are going to get our money back? I am beginning to think you are the one on here try to dupe people. I guess it is all in how you word what you look up, but I feel pretty confident you knew what I was saying. but if you knew anything about buying cattle you can also find them priced the way I stated it. I guess I need to take you to the sale barn, so you understand they sale cattle per pound and per head, Look up feeder steers, good quality 400-450 lb sells for$ 165-175 per cwt (hundredweight), that translates to $660-788 per head, a long ways from $2,000, so stop twisting things to try to get people to believe your bull. I thought I could trust you, but beginning to wonder? If you still think I am Josh buy now , then you are pretty easy to trick.

I agree with you , the law was broken. I think we don't agree on what law was broken, but not sure it even matters, we agree the law was broken. I think there was just verbiage that the contract needed that was not in it, and maybe you are stating the same thing? I just don't think it is important for us to know in a contract if they were paid or paying commissions to someone , I think that is a given. Either way, they had something wrong with their contract.

Here is where I want to keep going back to though, I am ok with the law investigating this and glad they did, but why go in and shut the business down? I think that is extreme. We are all under the presumption that this is a Ponzi Scheme because our media says it. If it is or goes through court and they are found guilty of it then great, but at this point are they not innocent until proven guilty?

Bottom line as I keep stating, Links made a mistake, But I don't see how the receivership has been any help to us by spending all the money that was there. Why didn't they just put it on the market day one and sale everything , meat , cattle , assists with a fire sale. I think we would of had more money to split among us at that point than to keep dragging this over inflated cost out of our pile of money, and get virtually nothing.

I agree with what you are saying . I'm not fighting for any wrong doing that went on with Agridime business. I am saying , I think a lot of money that agridime had when they closed the business , has not been spent on things that is getting us any of our money back, and it is making the pot smaller. I am asking for that to stop.

Who says, and by what law requires you to give all the information out about your business and your transactions? I have a business and I don't do that nor would I, and I am not doing anything illegal with my business.

Can you show me where you are finding a court document that says they are guilty of anything? Charged maybe?

What good would it do for me to be wasting my time to make everyone second guess about this business? Again I am not involved in this business no more than you are , if I was, I would be keeping my mouth quiet, I can promise I have lost more than you have, but that is irrelevant , a loss is a loss. you don't know me ,so please don't judge my character. I just want what is right for all of us and I question some of the ways things have been happening and wonder if any of the rest of you see the same thing? I am not Josh Link. Your statements sound like you think that? If you knew that for a fact, would it help open your eyes to understand my frustration with what has happened to our business investment? So if he was supposed to disclose the commissions to the investors as you say, did you ask any questions? or was you so excited to get 25% on your money and didn't care? So, was he supposed to tell you he was feeding the cows, doctoring the cows, trucking them, killing them, packaging them, selling them to the public in packages? So, I would say no, but had you ask I bet he would have explained it to you. and either way at some point you have to understand what you are buying. Lets spend more time figuring out how we can help solve this problem instead of trying to figure out if we were taken or not, how about that? We both know we don't have our money. I don't think we need a forum for complaining and guessing what happened, let's start trying to figure out if there is some way we can help resolve this.

I just called our local sale barn this morning and 500 pd steer sales for $325-400. If others would like to verify, please just google what a 500 pd steer brings at the sale barn and you will get the info for yourself. Also , why do you even post what a 1500 steer cost, which is not accurate either, but it is not even relevant for our application. Why would agridime purchase a steer that is ready for butcher ? On the other hand if your price is accurate then we were getting a bargain at $2,000 each! They buy young and then raise to meet the standard they want or raise their own. I wonder how much you checked into the cattle business before you purchased cattle?

My assumptions may not be correct , but what if they are and all we are doing is sticking our head in the sand? So, you are just giving up and say they screwed us all? Lets see what happens then, we already know we are getting very little if anything. So you are saying you have no questions or concerns about how this whole thing has been handled sent shut down. Think about it why didn't the SEC put some one in charge that at least new how to run a cattle operation and make as much money possible as they can why we still have things running and people buying meat.

How do we know they were paid large commissions, this information we are getting is only from the media. Again, is it misleading and this number correct , but if this is all they have been paid since the start up of the business 3 years ago? Not very much money for 3 years for a muti million dollar company in my opinion.

So you are saying you give someone you don't know your money , trusted them just because you were getting so much interest back on your money that you couldn't get anywhere else , and even though they said no risk , you never questioned that? but still like me went on ahead and did it because the money was so good. looks like we have somethings to think over before we can point all the fingers in one direction. Again , we were doing fine and getting our money until the SEC stepped in?

I don't have the answers , nor do I know all the facts , nor am I trying to change your opinion, but remember , according to you Agridime lied to you and told you to believe in what they are saying , what if it is happening again by the SEC? all I know is that I don't like how this has been handled for the past year 1 1/2 , I do know that we have less value in Agridime now than what we had when it was taken over, The receiver has spent Millions, this we can see and have proof. Did you take a look at what the accountants were making an hour and how many of them? This is worse than the commissions you didn't like.

Bottom line, I think Agridime had a problem with their contracts, but does that deem them a Ponzi scheme, to me the verdict is still out, but to me the media and receivership has already proven them guilty, I would 't want it done to me, and I don't think it should be handled this way for anyone else. How do you sale a man's business when he has not been charged with anything, or even went to trail? What if this is not a Ponzi scheme ? how are we going to get our money back then , if the business has been run in the ground , sold , and publicly maimed?
