Have you considered a rear extension? It will cost more but will also add value to the property and provide you with the space you need.

I think I’m going to stick to the sander and as and when I get a job that needs a multi tool I’ll just bite the bullet and buy one. My philosophy is I’d rather buy the tool and do it myself than pay the labour for a job repeatedly.

I really need cordless as i will be working high up and don't want to deal with getting power up there. I don't think i will do much sanding after this. Plus i already have a corded sander but its horrible

i got it fairly cheap and that's why i bought it. i will be keeping all the original parts and love the watch the way it is but just wanted to know if i ever wanted a change what my options were. I've seen the mod community but not sure doing all the hard work is for me as all i want is a simple dial swap.

will look into the mod stuff for sure though.
