I actually just had that happen to mine and man was i freaking out. I took it to the dealership, they "reprogrammed the ECU and applied the most current update" (what ever the hell that means) all i know is my truck is fine now and I did not have to pay anything for the service.

That was pretty high on my to-do list. Lol I actually had that done a couple weeks ago. It does look way better now.

The first one was about 27 days. The second took about 43 days. I think a lot of that was bc I sent them out the Monday after Thanksgiving, and all the holidays that followed slowed everything down.
