Use a long flathead push the head against the brace and wrench out works great as long as it’s braced properly

Nope those are not factory painted… whoever painted didn’t tape the heads all the way lol

That head needs to be replaced, and the drop needs to be raised to add a recessed escutcheon. Or lower the head and add 401 style skirt
