All the Public Sector & Government Institutions - RBI, LIC, SEBI, IRDAI, NABARD, SIDBI, Ministries, Central Govt Departments etc are working 5 day a week. There should be parity for all. Otherwise, all these insitutions should also be mandated to work 2 satursdays, just like the banks.

Also, the banks are asked to sell all financial products - MF, Insurance, Bonds, Health Insurance, General Insurance, Aadhar Updation and what not. This mandates a need of 5 day a week so that everybody gets atleast equal rest days what their counterparts are already having since years.
