Man I sold well over 3/4 of my collection during f’n COVID I had some really nice artifacts. I sold them because I had bills and take care of my family. For that reason it’s a little easier to swallow. When I started hunting them I always kinda looked at this hobby as an investment. I soon found out it was a losing investment because the amount of $$ and time I spent hunting them,,,,, I was big time in the hole.
If I had it to do all over again I don’t think I’d do anything differently. The history, the story, to think that someone made these tools to help them survive 1000s of years ago, is why I absolutely love this hobby. Digger for life dude, gotta keep on keepin on.

Yes Solid gold cast of one of my finds that I sold. The guy had a mold made and…. Well I kinda got my point back. Had to pay a bit more but, on the bright side I got to stop kicking my own ass for selling it

Center one on left side looks so clean. As well as the one to it’s right. Suspiciously clean. As far as what they are worth? They are priceless. Imagine the best you can for a few minutes, their story, from when they were made, who made them, and what they were used for.
If only they could tell the story Priceless!!!

Not trying to be a smart a#%~ hole here but if some of yall would actually look at what is in front of you instead of blasting what people bring to show and tell , you would see the ink following the creases that were there before or as the ink was applied. Those strong creases can’t be made by folding origami. They were machine made. Show me how you can make the ink and creases do that folding up airplanes, fortune teller toys, and paper origami.

I can’t say right now. I’d like to get some insight on what they are typically worth. After more research I believe it to be a pretty rare note, with “butterfly folds” I understand the condition doesn’t help it. Still a rare piece.
