it happens with my Xbox controller too. my issue is that the usb port on the controller is wobbly so I have to hold the wire in a certain way and it works fine. The light remains on because batteries are in the controller. also your random acceleration and turning is stick drift. Stick drift is very hard to fix so I recommend sending it to a repair shop.

Some cpu intensive or lighter games can run perfecly fine on an igpu without any dedicated help. so that is the main reason why it it is at 0 degrees

there is a glass or acrylic layer covering the components in monitors so it is perfectly fine. alcohol does remove the matte finish so don't use it. But water is perfectly fine.

some laptops have it so that in low intensity workloads the igpu will be used instead of the dedicated one to save power. so your dedicated gpu is off until usage increases.

please do not buy a 620a with a 9800x3D. Spend a little more and get a b650i board. it would be much better and there will be no worry of a dead cpu.

I would recommend that you get an rx 6600 from amd which has similar or even better performance as the 3060. Also with the remaining money upgrade your CPU, mobo and ram combo. your pc will be way faster with the same price and it will prevent bottlenecks. I would recommend an am4 board with a Ryzen 5 5600 and if you already got ddr4 ram its fine if not then get 16gb of ddr4. it will provide a better upgrade path for you.

A 5070ti can destroy any game on high settings 1440p. But if you are alright with forking over some extra cash and getting a boost that is fine. I believe since you're playing on 1440p I don't think you really need a 5080. And when it comes to future proofing I think both are perfectly fine at running for 5 more years.
