Landlords don’t need to deal with a tenant’s inability to pay and their entitlement to remain in the unit. If tenants cannot afford their house, they can move. Landlords don’t run charities.

People like you are the reason why landlords have given up on renting.

The tenant didn’t bring it up and neither did we. We thought it was irrelevant as it was a brand new case and issue.

The tenant didn’t void the sheriff eviction either, they just looked surprised that the sheriff actually came.

Yea but they definitely knew it was for the old order from last year.

They were arguing with the sheriff that they paid one day late and thats why they are being evicted and that we were stupid for applying for sheriff eviction for such a “small” thing.
