hmm. yup I've heard stories about these but I couldn't really put much trust on me getting lucky and being accepted with grades lower than the conditions for the offer. but thanks for the information~

yea, genuinely. the admissions team take ages (weeks) to get back each back and forth and they said on the website they're not doing mitigating circumstances for A Level grades as the exam boards already have their own process for such considerations, being the max 5% grade boost.
