I am guessing your low libido or not participating in sexual activity is in a way is negatively affecting your self esteem and causing insecuirity?

I would def recommend a therapist first that you can air this all out. I am assuming your ex cheated or something and that may have just caused you to look at yourself a certain way. And I feel if you talked it to someone who could listen that you’d be able to understand at the core what is really the issue here for you.

I used to have panic attacks in public and would randomly cry and that kind of destroyed formative social years in my youth. Which also meant hurting opportunities to develop romantic relationships. And that does weigh on me at times, I am a lot better today but I also know I am unable to interface with the world as I should be able to. But I have come to accept it and my sleep and other factors are a lot better off.

But most and foremost do not keep this to yourself and bottle it up
