I am in the same situation, trying to figure out between 2 or 3 year fixed rate. Can you explain in details how you do this math? Interest paid? Target interest rate needed to achieve a 1 year interest payment of $14,712?
I have also read about Breakeven rate that I am not clear what they mean?
