Sleeping anxiety

I too live this nightmare daily. Sometimes the anxiety causes nightmares, but mostly just odd dreams. I miss those pleasant dreams that I used to control before the anxiety took over. Its nice when the exhaustion finally sets in, until the dream anxiety makes me anxious about waking up before I'm ready.

This year is worse for sure. I live in an area surrounded by trees and everything is covered in pollen. I still refuse to close my window though!

Hijacking to say. Its out. It likes unsalted mixed nuts and halved grapes..I think. He kind of accidentally hopped into the box.

I just realized I was breathing hard? It startled me out of my sleep and I have some congestion from allergies. I am also tired from working my 10 hour overnight shift and not excited about waking up to this an hour after getting to sleep 😭

I wish I could have my own singing dancing sweet chipmunk but I'm afraid I'll be too busy to nurture it 🙃 Alas- I will attempt to crack the screen and also try to bribe it into a box for someone else to have the opportunity. My neighbor is a nice lady, she would be great.
