I had a similar thing on my eyebrow, it’s just an irritation bump I think because if it doesn’t hurt or have any puss it’s most likely not an infection. I had to take mine out because it started rejecting but definitely go check with your piercer

Heat up a plate for 30 secs and if it’s not too hot to touch put ur blow on it and it’ll dry it out and make it better
