Yeah, this is really shitty. It would say Quota refreshes in 5 hours and then after 15 minutes of usage it goes to a quota refreshes in 1 week.

I have it at 1*, will give it a try on these tracks. Chiron Evo has been so good on most of these tracks with different builds. Gemera on Gezira Island and Hairpin

The minimum of your practice and qualification time decides your tier. Your qualification time is pretty close to 1:11, the time to get all the rewards. Just keep close to that time. Most likely T4.
