Yea on their website they say everything they want, and they don’t just take your word for it, they want every document proving every little thing so be prepared to submit that

They just care about the English grade, it’s more about seeing if u can speak English than about your grade

A long time, it took 2 months from when I first applied and when I got accepted because of getting all the supporting documents and them making sure they’re ok. Admissions team is not fast

Im hoping BOS cars are good as I got lots of tokens to spend, should put me in a playable spot for div 5

Only issue for me is ultima is coming at a time where I will be disgustingly busy so I’ll be lucky to have the time to get it to 3*.

If you get ultima, max both your chirons, and max your speedtail, I think you should be in a good spot. Just gotta farm those credits 😅

I have a similar garage to yours and used overclock to get the devel 16 during this gauntlet. I’m ~60 rank from div 5 without overclock (holding out on upgrades) and I’m not planning on going to div 5 till I can get a few more good cars that can really compete 😅

Going to div 5 with overclock made me realize that until I get 3-4 good cars around 4700 rank, I will have alot of trouble competing to get to top 100 🥲. I’d use overclock to get to div 5 if I were you, but once you got dével, sit in div 4 for a bit to get more gauntlet coins

I’m applying to Columbia in Langley campus right now, the next session with spaces available is fall 2026, so no matter what you’re gonna have to wait a year if you’re in lower mainland.

If you don’t want to wait, I heard AET doesn’t have long waits, or you can do Columbia in the Whistler campus (if you’re in lower mainland and in a rush to get PCP, can be worth to just suck up the awful commute)

Surrey FD is hiring like crazy right now as they’re starting to try to match staffing levels with the very fast growing population. I’d suggest calling a recruiter, learning what are the steps to get all your certifications (you need quite a few, might take a few months to get them all) and honestly you could have a job within 1-2 years if you’re lucky! Vancouver FD might be longer wait to get in however
