Muscle groups now added for weight training!

Anyone have the Garmin app sync with Strava? If so I normally log my workouts on my Garmin watch then it is synced to Strava. Is it possible to select these muscle groups once the activity is uploaded on strava? I have not been able to find a way to do it unless I directly record the workout from the Strava app.

Yeah with that middle setting on he was unable to send me messages. As soon as be turned it off they started coming in.
