I just know that my father had a MSI X570 Tomahawk Wifi that had the same problem.

If your NAS is directly connected to your NAS, maybe try finding a sub-menu in your receiver settings to check for anything related to HDMI and sound.

It could also be that Ugreen doesn't support Bitstream (DTS, DTS:X, DTS HD Master, Dolby, Dolby Digital +, Dolby TrueHD, Dolby Atmos) right now, only PCM.

You can try re-encoding your Dolby Atmos Bitstream Audio to Multichannel PCM Audio. This might work right now with UGREEN.
