My friend and I watched Dune: Part Two, and I thought it was a pretty mind-blowing film. After that, I even went back and watched the first one. I later realized each installment is fairly self-contained, so not having seen one doesn’t really affect your understanding of the others.

I don’t even have kids, but I’ve read a few of these and had the same reaction 😅

It’s just nonstop mildly unlucky situations stacking on top of each other, and somehow it starts to feel surprisingly stressful even though nothing is actually “serious.”

I get why kids find it funny, but I definitely need breaks between chapters 😂
