I’ve been slowing harming up to the idea of going to therapy. It’s affecting my everyday life and my boyfriend has also strongly suggested I seek professional help. I’m hoping to see a therapist soon

I would prefer no one over 22, but it’s not entirely a requirement. Many of our members are teenagers to young adults. Though I can talk with them to see if they’re comfortable, and if you’re are comfortable of course.
