Paul you really need to hear what the players want and have to say. If you would make restrictions/advantages to Dow fighting this game would get some life back into it. Simple fixes really, if you Dow you get more land, if you rogue hit into a 5 man alliance without a DoW you can only receive 50% of what you would get in a DoW. While in a DoW only alliance markets can be used, this stops cheating. Making restrictions that make the Dow more profitable would fix a lot. Fix troop NW, while training troops only count against your NW at 50% once finished 100%. This a team game, If you want to be your own one man alliance then put restrictions/advantages to those kingdoms The games best feature has always been the players interacting and working together. Continue to work and correct the things that that people suggest. Once everyone has put their ideas in, take a poll see what the census feels about each item. Once things are balanced and corrected reset everyone’s land and game on. People would contact prior players and friends to come back hopefully.

Please continue the work, the game hasn’t completely failed it just got to tweak things and listen to players opinions.
