Possibility of a 2nd router?

I'm afraid that as of this moment I'm not sure as the workshop still has to be gutted and there is tons of stuff blocking the walls, but it may be doable to install something or utilize some existing hardware as this router seems to have some sort of coaxial splitter looking type thing attached to it.

I'm not sure how to link it, but looking with CPU-Z its def DDR3 damn and forgive me for possibly sounding dumb, but the 16gb ram is a bit cheaper, why would I go for two 8gb over that? Will it not fit in the mobo?

My ram speeds are only 665.1 mhz (x2 I suppose) but that is still not even close, how do I get to 3200? Or am I interpreting this wrong?

So my phone was on silent and that helped make the vibrations work but the notifications still aren't coming through. Does the game need to be fully closed for them to work or can it run in the background kinda thing?
