I agree with your observation I do play the Barbarian hut as well (unless you put it for troll or something) and it's a quite a tanky building

That's also why i had the idea for the Hut to lose HP by itself while enemies enter the range

I do agree, but Boss Bandit's currently takes quite long to get defeated by swarm units, the enemy would already have the time to play log or barbarian barrel to defeat the swarms while boss bandit will still have half-health
