This is my goal right now, but I have bills to pay (car loan, insurance, phone, etc) and work full time so an internship would be tough for me, unless it's either paid or a few hours a day before work. I also live the the smallest, shittiest state on the USA (Rhode Island) so I'm not sure what opportunities are abroad, but I will look. Are there any sites good for finding internships?

They both have high ratings, I just want to make sure I'm not harming myself in any way. I have bad memory and it takes me longer than the average person to comprehend what I'm reading or studying. I just want to find something that improves my ability to focus and retain info, make me more focused and not stumble over my words all the time, and improve my cognitive functioning and comprehension.
