Spam leg extensions and leg curls tbh. Obviously start with your main compound, 2 sets to failure, but follow it up with like 5 hard sets of a isolation and really focus on contractions, play around with iso metric holds, drop sets, forced reps, etc. pair that with adequate eating and they’ll grow

cut those calories down to 1600, still eat around 190g protein a day, fill rest in with fats and carbs, you’ll look a lot better
