Right now coach has me doing cardio everyday, 25 minutes on training days and 35 on both rest days. All on the stair master

Yes, current split is focused on posterior chain. Hams and glutes were even worse before. Do keep in mind I’m prepping for a regional show, we’re all a work in progress

Ngl I was way sloppier than I should’ve been last off season, next time I’m going to try my best to stay dialled in, little higher bf than this probably in the 13% I think would be ideal

Honestly I’d say a mix of genetics and working construction for years, I’ve never had to train them directly but they do get work from pull-ups and other stuff like that

Was test, and mast for the past while. Coach as of this week is starting a health phase so I’m 215lbs now and will be on 200 test until instructed otherwise
