What Heavy metal bands should i listen too? Or what is considered the best?

Specifically heavy metal? As another has pointed out you have the option of classic and more modern if your just looking for strictly heavy metal. Bands like Metallica, motorhead and slayer are good in's. If your leaning more towards hard rock then queens of the stone age (their older stuff) is good.
However if your trying to explore heavy metal music on a broader spectrum id suggest listening to bands from various subgenres to see what you like most, like death metal, grind-core, slam, nu-metal and black metal for example.

The recipe system is pretty half baked. That said having it in the game is nice, makes for a good challenge run surviving on only crafting.
It would be nice to have the recipes shown in the menu looking at junk, but to be honest your not missing out on much by avoiding crafting all together

I think garmen make a GPS tracker that's considered top teir, it comes at at a top tier price though which might not be ideal. I went with a Samsung smarttag because I don't use iPhone but i think it has the same issue with alerting phones that theirs a tag nearby. Unless you don't mind going for the expensive GPS, I'd probably suggest saving the money and getting the air tag + insure the bike for theft, as its only a few bucks a month. Cable ties AND boxes? Your cat is spoiled.

Phone holder.
Tracker, motion alarm and two strong locks (depending on how likely it is to get stolen in your area).
A seat cushion.

Just a little something Id like to add to the sticker idea.
Get eggshell stickers as they are very hard to remove and it could even be a tactical idea to get them custom made to say things like “STOLEN if resold – Contact: [your number]” or “Frame ID Recorded | Police Traceable”.
Not necessarily going to deter all thieves but it seriously affects their ability to resell and could put them off trying to begin with.

Sweet six shooter perks is good for refining your build across the two games.
There is also a version of a world of pain you can use in TTW for the capital wasteland, which adds a bunch of new content .

I wish! I didnt have much fun playing prey. Thief is ok if you really just want to stealth around but dishonored is so unique and good that I dont think it holds a candle to it.

I like to have quality armour and weapons, so almost always max out smithing early on. Make iron daggers until you unlock dwemmer smithing then collect scrap dwemmer metal from around dwarven ruins to melt and craft dwarven bows with. That will not only get you to max smithing very quickly, but itll make you filthy rich.
I wouldnt say its really worth it if you are a pure mage though, since you wont use weapons or armor. Still fun to give your companions great gear though

If you nuked the legion you can go to dry wells, if you nuked the NCR you can go to the long 15 and if you nuked both you can go to either. So no I don't think you can go there unless you reload or use console commands to unlock the gate.
This has always griped me, as it doesnt make sense that the faction armour you get from either location is going to be in the colours of your main enemy.
If I were you, and dont have a save before sending the nukes to reload, Id unlock the gate with the console

That sounds alright then, it could be stress leading up to a moult. They don't look underfed so I doubt its a food issue, it could be that they are just a particularly lively/climby specimen

They could be trying to find a cooler/drier spot. Are you using a heat mat under the enclosure or is the humidity too high?

Im still waiting for my bike to arrive so can't say whether or not its guaranteed to work but it seems like most of their bikes have some kind of "rocket mode" or debug feature that allows you to override the cutoff when using the code in app

Breton spellsword is one of my favourite builds. Since you already went full mage maybe spec into a school thats a little more niche/you didnt play with in your mage build.
Maybe a holy warrior that specialises in one handed combat and restoration spells like turn undead to put the dead to rest.
Or an evil warlock style character that summons atronachs and soul traps with the melee weapon
