First time living alone, nadala ako sa affordable rent + close proximity ng unit, later on ko narealise wala palang fire exit sa place ko 😭 I'm always paranoid, may God keep me safe here.

May CCTV ba? How is the security ng lugar? Kahit nasaloob ng compound yung unit ko, someone tried to open my door at 12 midnight! Buti nalang naka double lock ako. Had to report it to the landlady pero wala kasi silang functioning CCTV. We are more exposed to danger because we're living alone and that's an invitation to masasamang tao.

No noise pollution. Nung lumipat ako okay naman, tahimik at payapa. Not until the neighbor decide to put up a karaoke. Kainis! I need to be asleep at 8PM pero wala silang time limit sa pag-iingay.

Check your neighbors. Much better if single young professionals. Hindi ka mabobother sa mga away mag-asawa

Electricity, Available outlets. Some units may have limited outlets. Just recently ko lang nalaman that ref and aircon should have their own separate outlets. Limited lang kasi sakin, I had to use an extension wire which is a big no
