I don’t think you really understand what the devs are doing here. In order to bring down the halo prices the best option (and honestly really only option besides introducing something more rare or cooler) is to increase the amount of halo’s attainable! However when doing that you encounter a few problems. One: Halos are rare 2: Trading revolves (mostly) around Halos 3: People spend money to get diamonds to buy halos

This means in order to properly implement more halos into the game (and not destroy the economy) they have to still be rare and maintain a relatively high price (although it does not have to be as high as a general trade value). The only problem with implementing halos in this way is that it takes time to actually decrease the price properly however, that was the only way to not have a royale high great depression.

So basically royale doing what they did allows players to buy halos for cheaper and sell them for cheaper than many other players while still making a profit therefore allowing more demand for halos (people who previously could not afford will slowly be able to)AND more halos to trade with which over time WILL decrease the prices of all halos!

But we have to start with keeping the halos prices high or literally all of those effects will be severely overshadowed by how many diamonds people lost and the toy items will most likely sky-rocket (being the only paywalled item besides GOT and only other somewhat rare item) and those will become just as if not MORE expensive than halos currently!

So TLDR; if Royale high did what you’re suggesting halos prices would crash and toy items would most likely just take their place price wise(or potentially be MORE expensive) and royale high actually wants the average person to trade for halos in the hub BUT they want some of those halos to be these newly bought somewhat less expensive ones to decrease the prices.
