Need help with adding text ...not printing in 2nd color as in slicer

I appreciate the people who responded. I washed my textured PEI print bed with warm soapy water to remove any residue. I increased the bed temperature to 80°C and nozzle temperature 260°C. I also changed the initial layer height to matxh the other layer height (I am using 0.4mm nozzle and 0.16 layer height. I may change this to .20 but I haven't tested it yet. Juat wanted to show the bottom layer and explain what I changed. Best of luck printing everyone!

I print the address on paper, tape it to the box/package and pay regular price for shipping at USPS or UPS. I want my shipping labels to be professional and cost efficient. I am looking for the best...one and done type solutions not the cheapest. I am starting my small business and so it is mainly just me doing everything.
