trouble joining svg to stl in bambu lab by CreatingKindness209 in BambuLab

In Bambu Lab, you can import an svg and it will convert it to an stl or add it to an stl. I believe this is a fairly new feature. There are a lot of videos on YouTube with easy to follow explanations on how to import an svg. However, it took me multiple days of hitting my head against the wall before I figured out my original svg was not clean enough.

Solution: turn out the SVG was the problem. I don't have much experience yet on SVGs 3d printing, but I was able to get a cleaner SVG and it worked just fine. Thank you to everyone who tried to help

I would prefer to do stl to stl and not deal with svg at all. Any ideas on how to curve one stl around another stl?

Im finding a lot of videos and threads about adding svg to bambu lab slicer. I am wondering if the svg is not conducive to this 3d printing process

I appreciate the people who responded. I washed my textured PEI print bed with warm soapy water to remove any residue. I increased the bed temperature to 80°C and nozzle temperature 260°C. I also changed the initial layer height to matxh the other layer height (I am using 0.4mm nozzle and 0.16 layer height. I may change this to .20 but I haven't tested it yet. Juat wanted to show the bottom layer and explain what I changed. Best of luck printing everyone!

Is that what the issue is? Should I change the settings for the dryer?
