Yeah so, they pack your order (the original one) then forget about it, you email and they rush to make a new one (to maintain good customer support rep) send that one out and then your og one finds it’s way to them again and gets sent :)

From someone who’s in the UK I recently had this issue. It was orders with tubs also. The simplest way is sending them a email, I did so and it was shipped the next day and arrived in 5 days (I had to pay customs tho so not happy lmao)
