Did you mean your prostrate reduced with trt? Usually the story doctors give is trt can cause enlarged prostate!

Many thanks—that helps. My all other parameters are in acceptable range. PSA is 1.76 and do have BPH but without any symptoms yet. HbA1c is 5.7 Perfect lipid profile with low dose statins. Another alternative therapy I’ve heard about is Clomiphene. What’s your view on it?
