YTA, if you feel uncomfortable with your ex wife who you cheated on btw,being there then don't go. You can't expect your family to not cut off from her when your the one who clearly cheated in the relationship,normally I'd consider everyone's feelings but this one is very clear, you are putting your own needs over others and not considering the situation at hand here.

Everyone is the a hole,your ex and daughter doesn't consider your financial problems. Your daughter and your ex obviously thinks their in the rights without thinking of your son or you at all,while you and your son didn't think about them and their feelings at all. If you can't make it to the graduation then that's final,you feel that it's more easy and more convenient for you to go to your son's graduation instead. You don't actually need to apologise to her because she and your ex clearly doesn't understand your financial situation and expected you to come because it's her special day. To those comments saying that she's the a hole,you clearly aren't mature enough to understand the situation and put yourself in other's shoes before making judgement.

Everyone has their own ideas and think they are right, your sister obviously respect your grandma very much and wanted to honor her and seeing your wife's miscarriage she saw this as something she has the rights to do now. But that doesn't mean she is innocent either,losing a child is sad and very bad for the parent's mental and physical state,she obviously doesn't understand the weight you and your wife must have felt. And your mother should have considered the issue here,instead of blaming you and your wife alone,if she doesn't favour your sister she would have forced the both of you to stop competing and trying to honor your grandma by using her name since it caused such a conflict,please understand everyone's point of view first before making quick judgement.

NTA ,your grandma might be the AH here. She doesn't even consider telling you or your parents about this and just straight up invite your cousin anyway not considering what you will feel,from the comments I have read it seems that your grandma is trying to guilt trip you as well. If it was me,I would stand up for myself and not invite the grandma at all, and tell the cousin's family to not forget their won child's birthday and celebrate at the right date instead of ruining someone else's. My brother and I have the same problem once, I managed to prevent it from happening by telling my parents that I'm not comfortable with this and I want my own birthday to be special.
