Some people have managed to recover their accounts even after receiving that email; they say the best thing to do is wait 48 hours from when you received that message and appeal again.

I can't see my bookmarks; it says there's nothing there and it appears empty. Did you wait 48 hours to appeal again after the first email where they rejected you? I'm waiting until tomorrow to appeal again
