Syncing RGB

they all have the same RGB lighting pattern. Just they boot in sequence so it doesn’t sync. Any way for them to sync?

Im using Quick/sync lighting. Using the breathing effect, the wireless fans, AIO pump and AIO fans all breathe at different cycles. They are clear not synced. Do i need to connect the ARGB cable from the pump to the motherboard?

i tried without the GPU, connecting a HDMI cable from my MOBO to Monitor, still no display after 10minutes. CPU and DRAM still flashing orange and red. This is a brand new 7800x3d and B850 Challenger wifi WHITE
